About the Tip tool
Enter the bill amount, choose a tip percentage and set the number of people sharing. The calculator shows the total tip, the final total and what each person owes, rounding included.
Common tip rates change by country and service. In the United States 15–20% is standard for table service; elsewhere service is often included in the bill, so check before tipping twice.
