About the Percentage tool

Three common percentage questions in one place: what is P% of N, what percent is A of B, and what is the percentage increase or decrease between two numbers.

Percentage change uses the original value as the base — a rise from 100 to 150 is +50%, and falling back to 100 afterwards is −33.3%, not −50%.
