Water Intake Calculator
Personal daily water target in liters and glasses.
Baseline is ~33 ml per kg body weight, plus ~350 ml per 30 min of exercise and a climate bump. Caffeinated drinks still count as fluid, but each cup after the first adds ~200 ml to replace the mild diuretic effect.

About the Water Intake tool
Personalizes the common “2 liters a day” rule to your weight, adjusts for exercise time, climate and coffee/tea intake, and converts the result into practical 250-ml glasses or 500-ml bottles.
Body-weight-based needs range well beyond the blanket rule: a 100 kg adult in a hot climate working out an hour needs noticeably more than two liters.
Everything runs locally in your browser: no data is uploaded, no account is needed, and it works offline once the page has loaded.
